Mission Statement

The Parkview Media Center will provide a learning environment where students and staff have intellectual and physical access to information in a variety of formats.

The Media Center will support and enrich the curriculum and encourage activities which develop an understanding and appreciation of literature and the ability to think creatively and critically.

The Media Center staff will help to empower student and staff to use the information effectively and efficiently.

They will provide instruction to foster competence and stimulate interest in reading.

They will work with other educators design learning strategies to meet the needs of the students.
